How to request a quote
Start by telling us the rental type. Are you renting a standard portable toilet, a deluxe unit, or an ADA accessible portable toilet? If you need restroom capacity at scale, we rent restroom trailers from 2 to 8 stalls. Construction projects often combine units: portable toilets for workers plus roll-off dumpsters for debris, temporary fencing for the perimeter, and handwashing stations where required. Be specific about duration. Daily rates apply for one to three days. Weekly pricing covers four to seven days. Monthly rental locks in a lower per-day cost. Tell us your address in Spokane or the surrounding area so we can quote delivery. A standard unit is about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and stands about 92 inches tall, so mention any space constraints. Include your job start and end dates. If you're unsure what you need, say so. We'll walk you through it.
What information speeds up a quote
The fastest quotes come with exact headcount. OSHA 1926.51(c) requires one toilet facility for every 20 workers or fewer on a construction site, then one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers from 20 up. If you're running an event, tell us expected attendance. For septic pumping service, mention your tank size if you know it and when it was last pumped. A residential septic tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on tank size and household size. Agricultural operations in the greater Spokane area should note that field sanitation rules require potable water, toilets, and handwashing within a quarter mile walk for hand-labor employees. Let us know if you have parking for a truck. Roll-off delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the vehicle, so a photo or site map helps. If your job is in Airway Heights (8.7 miles west), Cheney (17.4 miles southwest), Mead (10.8 miles northeast), or other nearby towns, say that too. Spokane Porta Pros services the whole region, and knowing your exact location makes routing faster.

After you submit
A Spokane Porta Pros team member will call or email within two hours on business days. We'll confirm dates, placement, and how many portable toilets you actually need. Pricing lands inside the measured ranges we use for standard portable toilets, deluxe flushable units, and ADA accessible toilets. If you need storage containers or grease trap pumping, we quote those separately. We'll also confirm what local rules apply in your neighborhood. Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city. Once you approve, we schedule delivery and send a confirmation with setup instructions.
What if I need a quote for multiple locations?
List each location with its own dates and unit count. We'll quote them as one order with combined delivery if they're close enough, or as separate jobs if they're far apart. Spokane is big, so let us know.
Can I change my rental dates after I request a quote?
Yes. Call us after you submit. Same-day changes are usually free. Anything a week out or more, we adjust pricing if the new dates hit a different rate period.
Do I pay for delivery separately?
Yes. Delivery is quoted separately from the rental itself. Weekly rental costs more than daily because it covers more days, but delivery stays one fixed fee for the whole job.
What's included in a restroom trailer rental?
Trailers come stocked with paper, soap per 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), and either hand towels or a hand dryer. We service them weekly during your rental. Luxury models include running water heaters and premium finishes.
Is there a minimum rental length?
No. We rent by the day, the week, or the month. Weekend rates apply Friday through Sunday for short-term rentals if you need a unit Friday evening through Monday morning.
