Who We Are
We started because Spokane needed a rental company that answers the phone and shows up on time. Most of our crew grew up here. We know the roads, the weather, the contractors and what people actually need on a job. When you call Spokane Porta Pros, you talk to someone local who can tell you whether a standard unit or a deluxe flushable porta potty makes sense for your site. We rent standard porta potty units by the day, week or month. We also handle ADA accessible porta potties, which meet ADA Standards section 213.2: at least 5 percent of clustered single-user units, and never fewer than one, must be accessible to people with disabilities.
We keep equipment clean because we service it ourselves. One technician doesn't handle 400 units across five counties. That's how you get a blocked tank on a Saturday. We send the same person back to the same sites. They notice what's wrong before the customer does. For construction site services, downtime costs money. We move fast.
What We Rent
Portable toilets are our core business, but we rent the whole job. If you need roll-off dumpster rental, we deliver that. If you're building a temporary office during a renovation, storage container rental solves it. We stock restroom trailers for events that need more than a porta potty can deliver. A restroom trailer looks professional and handles high traffic. We also rent temporary fence rental, handwashing stations and holding tanks for agricultural work. OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities where employees apply paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides, and we supply those too.
Most customers don't know they need everything at once. We help you figure out what goes where. A wedding restroom rental in Spokane might call for a deluxe trailer and some standard units for overflow. A construction dumpster rental site needs toilets scaled to crew size. Under OSHA 1926.51(c)(1), a construction site with 20 workers or fewer needs 1 toilet facility; from 20 to 40 workers you need 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers. We calculate that so you don't have to.

How We Service
A standard portable toilet needs service every week under normal use, according to ANSI/PSAI Z4.3, our industry standard. We pump the tank, restock paper and soap, and check for damage. We operate across Spokane and towns around it. Airway Heights is 8.7 miles west of downtown. Post Falls is 27.0 miles east. Cheney is 17.4 miles southwest. We also reach Mead, Four Lakes, Fairwood, Country Homes and Town and Country. If you're closer to one of those spots, we still cover you.
You rent by the day, week, month or for an event. Porta potty rental cost depends on the unit type and how long you need it. Monthly porta potty rental costs less per day than a one-day rental. Longer terms save money because our service visit counts over more days. We deliver, set up, service and pick up. You focus on your work.
What does Spokane Porta Pros deliver on the same day?
We can usually deploy a portable toilet or small dumpster same-day if you call before noon. Larger equipment like restroom trailers or a full roll-off delivery needs a day or two. Call us and tell us your deadline. We'll tell you what we can do.
Do you deliver to smaller towns near Spokane?
Yes. We service Post Falls, Cheney, Mead, Four Lakes and other towns within 30 miles of Spokane. Distance affects delivery fees, but we quote that when you call. Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city, so we confirm that too.
What if my project runs longer than I planned?
Change your rental term anytime. If you rented for a week and you need three more days, we adjust the invoice. If you need a month, we extend. No penalty for needing more time.
Does Spokane Porta Pros handle septic work?
Yes. We pump residential septic tanks, which are typically pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on tank size and household size. We also handle grease trap pumping for restaurants and commercial kitchens. Call for a septic pumping service quote.
How do I know how many units I need?
Tell us the number of people, how long they'll be there, and what they're doing. We use OSHA rules and real-world experience to size your order. Construction sites, events and farms all have different needs. How many porta potties do I need walks you through it, or just call and ask.
